At the beginning of the new year, the construction project of Zhejiang Zhenbang Industrial Co., Ltd. (Phase III) has commenced!

On February 19, 2021, a groundbreaking ceremony for a concentration of major projects in the county and the reconstruction of the Qingtian Wenxi to Chuanliao section of National Highway 330 was held, marking a positive start for the county to strive diligently in the new year.

County leaders Zhou Heping, Pan Wei, Ji Lihua, Li Feilin, Chen Ming, and others attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

It is understood that the 13 projects commencing construction this time are all large-scale projects with strong driving forces, good economic benefits, and high ecological benefits. The types of projects are diverse, spanning the fields of high-end manufacturing, transportation, and people's livelihood.

The construction project of Zhejiang Zhenbang Industrial Co., Ltd. (Phase III) will commence in the first half of 2021. Located in Youzhu Street, Qingtian County, the project covers a total area of 28.95 mu (approximately 19,300 square meters) with a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters. Plans include the construction of a comprehensive building, executive apartment building, employee dormitory building, headquarters economy building, talent center, training center, exhibition center, among others. The total planned investment for the project is approximately 270 million yuan, with a construction duration spanning from 2021 to 2025.
