On December 23rd, the Qingtian County Federation of Trade Unions held a grand ceremony to award certificates and medals to the county's model workers and model collectives for 2021. Zhang Xiujuan, the general manager of Zhejiang Zhenbang Industrial Co., Ltd., was honored with the title of "Model Worker of Qingtian County."

As one of the main founders of Zhenbang Industrial, Comrade Zhang Xiujuan actively responded to the call for "Qingtian Businessmen to Return" in 2017, returned to Qingtian to establish the company in 2018, and commenced production in early 2020. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she organized the scientific resumption of work at the enterprise and expedited the production of epidemic prevention materials. Due to her outstanding performance in epidemic prevention, the Zhenbang Industrial Party Branch was awarded the title of "Outstanding Grassroots Party Organization in Epidemic Prevention and Control" by Lishui City and was listed in the "Zhejiang Province Key Epidemic Safeguard Enterprises" list.

Diligent and dedicated, she has shown responsibility in entrepreneurship. During the pandemic, Comrade Zhang took the lead as a Party member, organizing enterprise employees to resume work and production at the first opportunity, and leading the company to develop raw materials for disinfection wipes and base cloth for protective clothing urgently needed by the epidemic prevention department. The developed "cellulose/polyester nonwoven fabric for protective clothing" has characteristics such as comfort, breathability, antistatic properties, and UV resistance. This project was listed as an "Emergency Epidemic Prevention and Control Project of Qingtian County Science and Technology Plan." The Zhenbang Industrial production team worked around the clock with all their strength to overtime produce materials for epidemic prevention and protection supplies.

Remaining true to her original aspirations, she pursues innovation with a goal in mind. She leads Zhenbang to take technological innovation as the driving force for enterprise development. While producing raw materials for high-end civilian cleaning products, she also explores new areas of application in medical and hygienic products, gradually upgrading technology and equipment to a high-end multi-product series for medical and health care. She focuses on new high-end materials such as new biomass fibers, new fibers and composites, new functional polymers, and new antibacterial and antiviral protective filtration materials as the main research and development directions, developing technological products in textile new materials, aiming to build a century-old enterprise and working together with all sectors of society.

Caring for the masses, she has a selfless and dedicated sentiment. Comrade Zhang concurrently serves as the Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Wukeng Township Association of Eminent Persons in Qingtian County. She actively pays attention to rural development and supports rural construction.
