The 18th Shanghai International Nonwovens Exhibition (SINCE 2019) was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Hall from December 11-13, 2019. With the continuous advancement of nonwoven materials technologies such as spunbond, spunlace, and needle punch, nonwoven materials have demonstrated their irreplaceable superiority in related application fields. Compared to developed countries, the primary gaps in China's nonwoven materials industry lie in product research and development, marketing, application promotion, and other aspects. To address these issues and narrow the gap with advanced levels in developed countries, it requires the collective efforts of the government, industry organizations, research institutions, and enterprises to drive technological progress and product transformation and upgrading within the industry.
